In November 2020, ABP launched its new brand TDA Beef, a premium dry aged range. TDA Beef is sought after by some of Europe’s most iconic chefs and has earned a place on the menu of many Michelin-starred restaurant.
ABP was successful in winning Gold Quality Awards for its TDA Cote De Boeuf, its TDA Striploin Steak, and its TDA Fillet Steak. The company’s TDA Rib Eye Steak was awarded the Grand Gold Quality Award, the highest level of recognition granted by Monde Selection.
Food products are evaluated by The International Quality Institute on the basis of taste, odour, visual aspects, aftertaste, texture, and packaging. ABP’s TDA beef range was awarded Gold and Grand Gold Awards, meaning they scored between 80 and 89 percent and between 90 and 100 percent on their evaluations respectively.
