Our master butchers use a careful balance of craft and science to create TDA Beef's distinct character and taste.

They've spent many years building their knowledge and honing their skills. They know great beef when they see it. They use this experience to hand select only the finest cuts to be dry aged based on intricate marbling, fat level and conformation. Meticulous selection is so important, because only the best cuts are worthy of aging.
